Admissions to our paid TXC Mastery Recorded Course are processed on a one-time fee basis (**₹10,000 + 18% GST**). Registrations are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the single purchasing student. Transferring batches, sharing accounts, or re-assigning course logins to another person is strictly prohibited.
All educational materials, including but not limited to the TXC concept, FTC blueprints, spatial-temporal coordinate guides, PDF summaries, and recorded screen lessons are the exclusive intellectual property of CEO MR - X and Trade X Syndicate.
Students are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to watch the material for self-study. Any copying, screen-recording, distributing, or reselling of our intellectual assets is strictly illegal. We maintain a professional and respectful student network. While participating in our YouTube Live chats, graduate telegram streams, or direct communications, students must strictly abide by our Community Guidelines:
Violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate termination of course portal access without a refund.
Course payments, refunds, and cancellations are governed strictly by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. By registering for our paid course, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the refund terms.
We do not post sponsored ads or third-party tracking scripts. If we mention external trading journals, brokers, or charting sites (like TradingView) during our training, they are shared strictly for educational demonstration. We make no representations or warranties regarding third-party services, and your usage of such external platforms is subject to their independent terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade X Syndicate, its CEO MR - X, and its staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, financial damages, or loss of capital, resulting from your use of our educational content.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
