We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against course leaking, intellectual piracy, and copyright infringement to protect our research, hard work, and dedicated student network.

1. Proprietary Ownership

All educational assets, including recorded video files, chart blueprints, trading spreadsheets, mechanical coordinate guides, training documents, and website graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of CEO MR - X and Trade X Syndicate.

2. Single-Student License Restrictions

When you purchase our TXC Mastery Recorded Course, you receive a highly limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal self-study. Your access is linked directly to your verified coordinates (email, phone, and registration ID).

• No Credential Sharing: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your dashboard credentials, video streaming links, or course access folders with anyone else.
• IP Monitoring: Our servers monitor concurrent login locations and device registries. Simultaneous logins from different locations will trigger automated account locks and review protocols.

3. Zero Leak and Anti-Piracy Mandate

Any student who attempts or carries out any of the following hostile actions will be subject to immediate administrative and legal consequences:

• No Screen Recording: Screen capturing, recording, or grabbing video lessons utilizing physical recording cameras, software, or browser capture extensions is strictly prohibited.
• No Reselling: Setting up reselling groups, trading forums, or selling discounted packages of Trade X Syndicate concepts is highly illegal.
• No Public Sharing or Leaking: Distributing, sharing, or uploading our blueprints, video libraries, or concepts to public hubs, including Telegram channels, Discord servers, Mega links, Google Drive folders, or torrent networks, is completely prohibited.

4. Legal Prosecution and Actions

Trade X Syndicate actively retains specialized digital forensics, copyright enforcement bureaus, and legal counsel to monitor copyright registries and target piracy hubs daily.

In the event of a verified leak or piracy action, we will exercise our full rights under the Copyright Act, Information Technology Act, and relevant digital piracy legislations:

• We will immediately file DMCA Takedown requests and intellectual property strikes to purge the content from third-party networks (including Telegram, Discord, Mega, and Google).
• We will seek direct legal damages, filing lawsuits for monetary losses and illegal enrichment against the violating student.
• We will submit formal reports to cybercrime cells and financial registries to suspend the offender's transaction channels and initiate formal prosecution.

5. Reporting Piracy

To maintain the high standards and exclusive value of our graduate network, our student community actively supports our anti-piracy efforts. If you discover any unauthorized leaks, reselling channels, or shared credentials on public networks, please report them to our security department:
